As the other reviews state, Catherine can be a little direct, but she is friendly underneath that prickly exterior! House does indeed smell a little like dog, and cigarettes; but neither was overpowering even for a non-smoker and non-dog owner like myself. Dogs are large, but extremely freiendly. Rooms were large and clean. Bed was comfy. Off street parking was nice. Overall a positive experience.
Very clean and comfortable, accessible to bus, owner knows the area and is very helpful with recommendations and reservations.
Very pleasant B&B. Catherine was a very responsive hostess who helped make our stay at the Schiehallion a memorable one.
