Really, really bad at communicating anything to anyone!

Terrible attitude from receptionist. No help at all.
They are amazing very much recommended.
Called for information.. receptionist was far from helpful ,even laughed at my enquiry, was very rude indeed,again a case of receptionist should know their place and not pass their inexperienced judgment, that's why they are not solicitors and merely a receptionist! Further training required on this particular person is needed.wouldn't recommend calling them.
