Without doubt - hopeless. You have to plan to be ill around this area as appointments are virtually impossible to get on the same day. Haddington practice 5 miles along the road is not a problem by all accounts. Very poor indeed.
Patient service given on 3rd Dec was awful. No appts for 2 weeks?. No helpful advice given. Have been left in tears.

Phoned them 112x times this morning, always busy, 4x times they hang up the phone!!! Went straight there to the reception and they were not interested, told me to call back tomorrow morning again! Worst medical practice in East Lothian
