I have bought numerous appliances from Bisset & Steedman over the last couple of years. The service is friendly and afficient, and pricing is keen. Although much of the appliance market has moved online, in common with other retail sectors, appliances is one area, where it pays to use a locally based retailer in my experience. Big fan of this company.

Great service from Bisset & Steedman, Tranent. I went in 4pm Thursday 05jan2017 & explained my old washing machine had failed bearings and washing building up. Within 24hrs I had a new machine delivered to my house. Many thanks from a delighted customer.PS. I went to Bisset after a major retailer had brought me a damaged machine which I rejected. I will use Bisset in future.
I have been using this company for all my personal and business appliances for around two years. The service has been first class and most importantly they have been great at giving accurate time slots. When working for our letting agency they have been able to pick up keys and removing and recycling the old machine which is a great help to us. I would recommend this company without reservation.
